Graduated in Law from Universidade Estácio de Sá and a member of the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB), Rio de Janeiro section, Patricia has extensive experience in litigation, with a focus on banking and corporate law. Currently, she works with distressed debt recovery, providing both judicial and extrajudicial advisory services to companies of various sizes and sectors. Previously, she was part of Campos Mello Advogados, working in the Civil Litigation and Intellectual Property areas (Trademarks, Patents, and Copyright). She has completed extension courses in “Legal Aspects of Fintechs” at the Attorney General’s Office School and “Tax Planning” taught by Professor Gabriel Quintanilha.
