Graduated in Law from the University of São Paulo Law School and a member of the Brazilian Bar Association, São Paulo Section. He has extensive experience in both litigation and advisory work, with a focus on banking law, credit recovery, judicial reorganization, and bankruptcy. He handles the strategic management of complex cases, advising companies from various sectors on insolvency and corporate restructuring matters. He holds a postgraduate degree in Civil Procedure Law from Fundação Getulio Vargas in São Paulo.
